退款政策

Thank you for your interest in our candle and odditie business. As a gothic and witchy business we take pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However we understand that sometimes things dont work out as planned. Therefore we have established the following refund policy:

               1) Defective or Damaged Products:

               If you recieve a defective or damaged products please contact us within 7 days of delivery to reqeust a refund or exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and issue a full refund or exchange upon reciept of the returned product. 

               2) Dissatisfcation with Product:

               If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange the product must be unused in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was recieved. We will provide you with a return shipping label and issue a refund or exchange upon receipt of the returned product.
